Our 80 Person Tent Package includes the following items:

  • 20x40 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces)

  • (8) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)

  • (3) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc

  • (80) white folding chairs

Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday.

Why is this package perfect for you?

  • You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday typically.

  • Friendly, professional setup and removal. We are a small team of 2-3 men. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
