Learn a little bit about our tent packages and our process.

We realize not everyone has experience planning events, so here is some helpful information to get you started.

Pick a date for your event. Most parties are on Saturday or Sunday. We typically set up on Thursday or Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday. The tent/tent package is yours for the weekend, so think about how to best get your money’s worth (host a brunch the next morning, or have friends over for evening drinks and cookout the night before your event).

How many guests are you expecting? You don’t have to get this exactly right. We understand that you might not have a firm headcount yet, but plan on having everyone protected under the tent in case of rain. We can always bring a few extra chairs and an extra table if things change!

Where are we setting up the tent? Our tents are free-standing frame tents. Tents can be setup on grass, patio, pavement, etc, can be pushed right up to your home, and fit in tight spaces.

  • completely flat, unobstructed space to lay out the tent. The tent is built on the ground and we can’t set the tent up over your patio furniture of over bushes, shrubs, etc

  • at least 18’ of overhead space free of limbs, branches, power lines, etc

Any underground hazards to consider? We use a sledgehammer to pound stakes into the ground roughly 3’ deep. We need to know if there are sprinkler lines, electrical lines running to your shed, pool, septic tanks, or anything else we cant see. We may be able to tie off the tent to something study or anchor the tent using water barrels if staking isnt possible.

Unsure if the tent will fit? Send pics! Snap a few photos of the area to share with us!
